You’ve enjoyed your car for the summer but it’s time to put it away for the winter. Your significant other wants their garage space back and you don’t want to put it under that tarp again just to have boxes stacked on top of it all season. Where do you go? The Reserve.
The Reserve is your home for physically managing your assets. Yes, given your vehicle often the second most expensive purchase you will make, it is an asset no matter what the market says about depreciation. Not just for the utility of owning a vehicle, but for how it makes you feel when you really drive it the way it was engineered.
What sets The Reserve apart from the rest?
-Well, our security system is unparalleled and we have our partner Avante Security to thank for that. With 24/7 live monitoring in a variety of different aspect, we have a read on every square millimetre of footage available from anywhere at anytime, in addition to Avante’s local recurring manned patrols of our locations. Avante works with local law enforcement to manage security threats and shut them down well in advance so your vehicle will remain undisturbed by would-be car thieves.
Where is The Reserve located?
-Our locations are kept private to protect our clients identity and their assets. We don’t publicly advertise our facility locations so as to not invite unwanted attention. Our partners and clients will gain the location information if they want to know, otherwise we enjoy keeping it a secret.
What does storage with The Reserve entail?
-We offer a comprehensive vehicle inspection both inside and out upon delivery. With 360 degree photo we can ensure your vehicle is delivered to you in the same if not better condition than it is received.
-We take great pride in managing the basics for your vehicle. This starts with battery and tire maintenance. Every vehicle is required upon entry to be stored with a battery tender/trickle charger. This allows us to keep your vehicle electronics in prime operational condition for spring delivery. We don’t like to see dead batteries when we go to start a car, and no one wants to pay $600 for a new one, so it’s the least we can do. In addition, we inflate your tires 10 psi above driving pressure. This mitigates tire flat spotting and gives us a small window of opportunity to manage already leaking tires. Once the season is over we bring the tire just above road pressure for delivery.
Battery and tire condition is monitored twice a week and conditions are monitored. If there is a problem clients are notified immediately with a solution which we can provide on site, again, so you can pick up your vehicle without any issues.
In addition to the basics, we offer many other vehicle maintenance/care options from detailing to car capsule storage for the discerning collector with that extra special vehicle.
How do clients deliver and pickup vehicles from The Reserve?
-Clients who sign up for storage have a few options.
1) Clients can drop off and pickup their vehicle personally. Clients can arrange a ride to or from the reserve at their discretion for pickup/drop off.
2) Clients can drop off and pickup their vehicle personally. The Reserve offers a single pickup and drop off with our secure valet to the clients preferred location, if booked in advance.
3) Clients are welcome to book a secure enclosed transport for their vehicle to and from the location of choice for an additional fee. This service is great for those not able to manage delivery or pickup in their busy lives, those storing rare vehicles, or people who don’t mind the vehicle being whisked away for the season and delivered at their doorstep ready to drive.
If my vehicle needs maintenance mid winter, how does The Reserve manage that?
-Storage season is a great time to have your summer vehicle maintenance done. When you book your spot with The Reserve we will ask you if you have maintenance booked already and the date/time. If you prefer for us to manage this service on your behalf, please provide your service shops information and we can book this for you on your behalf along with the service you wish to have carried out. We are able to arrange the local enclosed pickup and drop off of your vehicle for you as well if needed.
